Alright, so… if the deed is going to happen this month… then the deed is done ;)
We've been hot and heavy with all the planning of it, so, of course I used my ovulation kit. I got my positives last Wednesday and Thursday (June 20 & 21). Like I've said, it's been pretty planned for so there was some preparation taken before during and after those days.
I know it'd be crazy early to tell - I mean, like only days past conception - but I swear today I've been abnormally tired. Not really exhausted like I hear people say, just sleepy. I took two naps today and I'm not even a nap person.
However, I'll take into consideration that I have had one of the worst UTIs in history - my history anyway. They aren't a foreign infection to me, but this one has been way bad. Luckily, my doctor got me in yesterday. She didn't believe that my symptoms had only started Thursday evening. She said it was bad. Though, with taking into considering my trying to conceive and possibly already having done that, she had to give me a 'safer' antibiotic. I was so skeptical about taking it, but she told me it's Class B (FDA), which is the same as all my lung meds. And, I've seen a lot of doctors to ensure the safety of continuing those.
Also, she stressed to me that if left untreated, I'd without doubt end up in the hospital and that the infection would probably spread to my kidneys. All of which, would be much worse for my growing, fragile, baby than these antibiotics.
So, I reluctantly agreed.
Last night definitely goes into top worst night of my life. I was really pushing the fluids because I knew I needed to, but my infected bladder wasn't dealing with that well.
I downed my 32oz water bottle twice, chugging it (I knew I'd never get through it if I sipped it). Then a cup of orange juice - doc said the acid/citrus fights infection too and lines bladder walls. Regret. Since my bladder couldn't cope with it, I was peeing like every 15 minutes. Literally. I think one time between about 5pm and 11pm I made a 30 minute time frame - and that was holding it really hard.
Why was I holding it? Because peeing made me scream and cry. I'd love to tell you what my pee consisted of, but you'd go vomit afterwards. It hurt so bad. And with the frequency of urination, it wasn't getting a break at all, which made it so much worse :( Terrible, terrible night.
I guess my body had finally cycled through all of those fluids and the urgency slowed. The hubs wanted me to drink more and I refused.
Whew.
Anyway… some other things:
I've felt nauseated pretty bad sporadically throughout the day and once had a dizzy spell.
Granted, I do have that infection… and granted I have dizzy/black-out spells all the time just due to poor oxygen level.
So, who knows?
Plus, I really want to be pregnant so I'm going to have to fight my brain's ability to makeup every symptom possible.
I'm going to try really hard to wait until at least 5 days before my expected period before doing my first home test.
And, here's my pre-baby picture:

Jesus, You're beautiful and precious and good. Our lives are abundant because of You. Let our planning line up with what You have in store for us. Let there be a little ball of cells in there rapidly growing into our baby. Let our baby be developing and functioning perfectly. We love You. Thank You. Amen.
