15 Weeks

About the baby:

In week 15, your baby’s skin is continuously developing, and it is so thin and translucent that you can see the blood vessels through it. Hair growth continues on the eyebrows and the head. Your baby's ears are almost in position now, although they are still set a bit low on the head.

Internally, your baby's skeletal system continues to develop. Muscle development continues too, and your baby is probably making lots of movements with his or her head, mouth, arms, wrists, hands, legs, and feet.

Though your baby's eyes will remain shut, studies show that they can sense light. So, who knows, maybe you should put a flashlight unto your stomach.

I'm still very much the same, so here goes to writing what you already know ;)

Pretty torturing bladder and pelvis pain this past week. Grrr! I'm actually pretty excited about seeing a urologist at this point. I've been terrified at some of the procedures and whatnot, but at this point I really don't care.

I haven't had any real cravings this week now that I think about it. Maybe french fries. I seem to want french fries all the time. Don't worry, I only had them once ;)

Man, my prenatal workout really stepped it up for the 2nd trimester. Geez! I feel like with my growing baby (and body) the workouts should get easier, but apparently that's not the case. I've been sore all day from it.

My abdomen already looks big to me. That'll probably be comical to reread in the 3rd trimester when it's actually huge.

It seems crazy to me that I'm already at week 15!! I'm getting super excited about (hopefully) finding out if Lovebug's a boy or girl in just over a week! EEEKKK!

Lovebug, be positioned conveniently, okay?

I'm also so close to the stage of feeling LB's movements! I can't wait! :)a
